I find myself having a peaceful moment of appreciation with the clothes that I own. I try to make sure that although I’m finding cow shoes and wild accessories I can always appreciate a basic piece. I called this the Dressed for Basic Tank because although I find garments that are on the extravagant side, I can still respect a timeless number. This is worn nicely with my pair of peppered high waist kimchi blue slacks. Pearls can be worn by choice but I prefer an updo when wearing tops with a straight tailored neck line.
Took the plunge into parenthood and adopted the most loving little guy! Welcome home, Cheech!

One thing’s for sure; denim will follow you through your lifetime whether you’ve realized it or not. I took a pair of blue denim jeans and gave it a tarnished and modestly ombre`d finish. These denim shorts are tailored to fit a size 4 and couple nicely with this black one-pocket oversized top w/ sheer back. Outfits like these can be subtle, simple, and still sexy :)

The Tank: Razorback →
When in doubt, stripe it. I Stand by my tees and tanks with black or navy lines. I feel like a top of these sorts gives versatility and works well with several bottom pieces such as shorts, leggings… Heck, even corduroy! Summer is inching closer and it’s so important to have a go to piece for this season. The good thing about the razorback is that you never have to worry about those drooping straps or discomfort of adjusting. A lot of girls will say they don’t like their bra straps to be revealed but its 2013 and luckily there are bra solutions for this. If you know of a few, feel free to leave feedback below for our readers. Personally, my bra of choice will be a sticky bra or strapless with a plastic lining so it saves me the trouble of pulling up again and again.
